    How do I give incentives to my best performers?

    We will work with you on this as part of a bi-annual evaluation process. It is part of our core values to provide incentives to employees and provide constructive career guidance, just like you would any employee.

    Absolutely yes. You may use this model for any number of resource needs.

    What happens if the resource we hire does not work out?

    Ultimately your satisfaction is our primary interest. There are provisions in our agreement to accommodate this scenario. Please contact us to find out more.(We should be more explicit about this upfront)

    Do you offer a trial period?

    This is done on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly so we may better understand your specific requirements.

    I have heard about the political shutdowns in India? How does this affect the productivity?

    All employees are required to work on weekends to compensate for occasional loss of work due to unforeseen circumstances.

    Do you provide a phone number to reach my team?

    A VOIP number with a local US number is provided to the team lead so that you can call them directly.

    How do I communicate with my team?

    We can support any existing protocols including software tools. All computers are equipped with video cameras and every
    employee has a Skype account. Additionally, your team is assigned an exclusive US phone number so that you may make direct contact anytime for your phone.

    What is your rate for a short term project?

    We should include hourly fee range and explanation that these are full time people with XX years experience and
    accounts for full overhead of these people.

    What is the rate for a long term employee engagement?

    We should include monthly fee range and state that we are unique in that you'll also see exactly what we make.

    I have a short term project, how do I get that done?

    Offshorent maintains a full-time staff of developers specifically dedicated to support short term projects. The only difference is project estimations are based on an hourly bases (versus monthly) and accounts for more strategic guidance and overhead expenses.

    Who is responsible for the success of the project?

    In the “Your trusted development partner” model, you manage the team directly in every aspect in terms of project while we provide HR management and facilities management. You will be responsible for execution of the project but we are here to provide guidance every step-of-the-way.

    Do these resources speak good English?

    It depends on each individual candidate skillset. Candidates who speak good English are available at every level. Many candidates bring previous experience working with US and European clients.

    I do not have a technical person or project manager here locally to manage an offshore team, how could I take advantage of this capability?

    As part of our professional recruiting services, we help identify experienced project managers who have experience in managing offshore projects on a part time or full time basis.

    Do I pay my resources directly?

    All payments are made to Offshorent in USA on a monthly basis. We take care of the all administrative tasks including payroll.

    Are these resources my employees?

    Legally they are employees of Offshorent. However operationally they
    are your employees in every other aspects.
